Thank you for choosing a VAX Agency Air (”Operator”) vacation. To ensure that you understand the conditions of your particular vacation, please read the following policies and procedures completely. All policies and procedures are subject to change at any time in Operator’s sole discretion without notice.
I. BOOKING/PAYMENTS
All published airfare bookings require payment at the time of booking. A credit card is required at the time of booking and will be charged immediately. A surcharge may apply for bookings made over the phone to Operator’s reservation center instead of booking electronically. Separate payment policies apply to holiday and special event periods. Please consult your travel agent.
II. CANCELLATION/REFUNDS
If your plans change, your right to a refund is limited. All fees outlined below are per person. In addition to assessed airline revision and cancellation fees, you will be charged a $25 fee to make changes or cancellations to a ticket that allows revisions and $25 for a change to a non-refundable ticket, unless you make the change within 48 hours and in that case the revision/cancellation fee is $100 plus any supplier revision fees. A written refund request (subject to the penalties herein) must be submitted to VAX Agency Air no later than 90 days after the scheduled departure date or any payments and deposits shall be forfeited. Published Air Refunds will be on request and are subject to the rules of the fare that are imposed by the supplier. Most air carriers consider a name change to be a cancellation; to avoid penalties, full and complete names are required at time of booking. Separate cancellation penalties may apply to holiday or special event departures in addition to nonrefundable deposits. Refund requests should be sent to VAX Agency Air Refunds, 8969 N. Port Washington Road, Milwaukee, WI 53217.
All published scheduled air tickets are 100% nonrefundable. However reusable tickets may be applied towards the air portion of a future air ticket, subject to the applicable airline re ticketing fee, any increase in the airfare cost, and applicable VAX Agency Air revision fees. Ticket reuse is only available if the air is paid in full at time of cancellation.
NOTE: WHEN A CANCELLATION IS MADE ALL REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT. NONREFUNDABLE TRAVEL AGENT FEES MAY BE INCLUDED IN YOUR PACKAGE PRICE
Operator Penalties: All Operator penalties will be in addition to any supplier penalties (including airline penalties) and are subject to change any time.
